Game Day Quick Facts
Cameras:
No flash photography or video cameras are allowed inside KeyArena. Guests can check these items at The Huddle (inside west entrance near Aisle 115).
Children:
Children under the age of two are allowed into the game without a ticket.
Doors Open:
Doors open one hour before tipoff. The Suite Entrance is open to Suite patrons 90 minutes before tipoff.
East Box Office Hours:
The East Box Office opens 90 minutes before tipoff and tickets for the game being played are sold until halftime. Tickets to upcoming games can also be purchased on game days until the end of the third quarter at the inside Box Office sales window up the stairs outside Aisle 125 on the Suite level.
Fan Headquarters:
The Huddle, your Storm Fan Headquarters is located outside aisle 118 on the main concourse). Storm Representatives will be available to answer any questions you may have and discuss Storm ticket options.
Noisemakers:
No whistles, air horns or other distracting devices are permitted. Thundersticks are welcomed and encouraged!
Outside Food & Beverage:
Outside food and beverage is not allowed inside KeyArena. Fans are permitted to bring in empty plastic water bottles into the arena. Aluminum or metal water bottles are not permitted.
PostGame Foul Shots:
All fans 16 and under can shoot a free throw on the KeyArena floor after every Storm home game. Proceed down aisles 104 & 125 directly following the game.
PreGame Warm-up:
All fans are encouraged to watch warm-ups from our courtside seating until 30 minutes prior to tipoff. Proceed to Aisles 101, 127, 128, and 1 to enter our east courtside seating.
Re-entry:
Leaving and re-entering during the game is not permitted (except for emergencies).
Ticket Sales:
Individual tickets can be purchased at the East Box Office (outside near KeyArena's East Entrance or inside up the stairs outside Aisle 125). For season tickets & ticket packages, please visit The Huddle (inside the west entrance near Aisle 115).
Getting to the Game
Directions:
From I-5:Take Mercer Street exit and take right at the light. Take a left at the next light onto Valley and follow into Broad. Take a right on Denny, then right on 1st Avenue. Click here to view the map.
Parking:
Seattle Center Parking:
There are many easy access parking facilities and several near the Key, including Mercer Garage, 1st Avenue North Garage, 5th Avenue North Garage and the Second Avenue parking lot. All of these options are within a short walk of Storm game night excitement. For game night parking updates, please call 233-3989. Click here to view the parking map.
Disabled Parking:
We encourage you to use First Avenue North Garage-Lot 3, which is directly south of KeyArena and directly across from the suiteholders/disabled patron entrance and ramp to main concourse. Directly inside this entrance is an elevator.
Public Transportation:
Seattle Metro is an accessible resource for getting to and from games. To plan your metro trip visit metro.kingcounty.gov. The Seattle Monorail is also a convenient option. To plan your monorail trip visit seattlemonorail.com.

KeyArena Information
Directions to KeyArena: First Avenue North between Thomas and Republican Seattle, WAThe KeyArena is located on the grounds of the Seattle Center (formerly the site of the 1962 World's Fair) in the lower Queen Anne area of Seattle.
From Interstate 5: Take the Mercer Street exit from I-5 and follow the brown-and-white visitor's signs to the Seattle Center. KeyArena is located on the northwest corner of the grounds with street access along First Avenue North and cross streets Thomas and Republican. Public parking is available along First Avenue and Fifth Avenue North, Mercer Street, and throughout lower Queen Anne. If you are staying downtown, you can catch the Seattle Center Monorail that leaves Westlake Center (Pine Street between 4th and 5th) every 10 minutes.
The Will Call window is located at the East Box Office facing the International Fountain and Center House and opens 90 minutes before tipoff.
